I've been eyeing this oversized leather jacket for quite some time and finally decided to go for it. I was a bit unsure since I didn't know the brand well, but I just couldn't get it out of my mind. I'm beyond thrilled that I took the plunge and ordered it. The shipping was under 48 hours, and let me tell you, the jacket is the most gorgeous, buttery leather I've ever come across (and trust me, I've owned a bunch of leather jackets). Seriously, just do it—you won't be disappointed. It's a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth every penny! I'm super satisfied and definitely coming back for more.

I picked up an oversized jacket that’s been marketed everywhere as *leather*, and I've had it for about a year and a half now. Recently, I noticed some fading when I pulled it out of the closet for the fall season. So, I took it to a leather expert and fashion designer with over 40 years in the biz to sort out the discoloration. To my shock, I found out that my Jand&Tash ‘leather’ jacket is NOT ACTUAL LEATHER.

Can you believe that? For the price of a genuine leather piece, plus a nice cut and color, to discover it’s all fake is just heartbreaking.

There really needs to be a deeper look into the claims made by Jane and Tash because this is just not right. I’ve never come across such misleading advertising before.

If you’re in the market for a faux leather jacket and know what you’re getting into, then go for it. But Jane&Tash, you really need to update your product info and PUT AN END TO THE FALSE ADVERTISING. Plus, you should reach out to all past customers who bought your fake items and let them know. They deserve either a chance to return it for a full refund or a price adjustment to reflect that it’s FAUX LEATHER, not the real deal. It’s just plain DISRESPECTFUL to those who put their trust in you and your products.

I’m totally in love with this brand! The quality is just fantastic, and my jacket has become an essential item I can’t do without. It arrived super fast and was wrapped up nicely. I’m really looking forward to buying more stuff from this place.

It’s disheartening to see a negative review from someone who clearly didn’t bother to read the brand’s terms and conditions, which are very straightforward. It’s frustrating to witness folks criticize small businesses that are simply trying to uphold protocols against fraud. Small enterprises are heavily impacted by fraudulent activities, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to verify their information instead of trying to damage a fantastic brand’s reputation!

This certainly won’t deter me from making more purchases!

The quality and ever-changing style of their products have me returning time and again, and when it comes to leather luxury, I wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else. Plus, their custom service is consistently top-notch and super attentive. No issue or request is ever too much for them.

I placed an order and they took my payment right away. Then I got an email saying I had to send a bank transfer within 72 hours for the same amount, or they'd label me as fraudulent. All this fuss just because I wanted my stuff sent to my parents' place instead of mine. It baffles me why they’d accept my payment initially and then turn around and call me a fraud! They haven’t refunded me yet, ignore my emails, and seem to have zero concern for how they treat their customers, throwing around accusations while keeping my money and not sending any products. I was really looking forward to snagging a couple of jackets from their site, but now I see they’re just unreliable and rude. It’s ridiculous that they’re the ones holding my cash and asking for more. I’m reaching out to trading standards to figure out how to get my money back from this outrageous business.

I’m really let down by the service I got from this company. Living in Gibraltar, I spent £421 with my Revolut card, and just an hour later, I got an email saying I was flagged as a fraudster and had to pay via bank transfer. They didn’t provide any reason, just claimed their fancy payment system deemed me suspicious. It’s pretty ironic since their email threatened, 'pay by bank transfer within 72 hours or you’ll be blocked forever from buying at Jane&Tash,' yet they still haven’t refunded my £421. Who’s the real dodgy one here? That tone was downright threatening! I definitely won’t be shopping here again and I’m worried about their business practices. I wouldn’t suggest them or their sketchy communications. It’d be wise to offer clear and straightforward info before insulting customers, holding onto their money, and accusing folks of fraud without any explanation.

What a fantastic experience I had with JT.

I bought a bobble hat for Christmas, but I needed to swap it for a different color. After the holiday, I reached out to JT, and they made the whole exchange super simple. I got the new color hat really quickly.

The quality of the hat seems excellent and definitely looks worth the price compared to other brands.

My wife hasn’t worn it yet since the new one just arrived, but I’m sure it’ll be just as great as it appears.

I’m really glad I found Jane & Tash and would totally recommend them to others.
